• As your chocolates arrive, store them in the refrigerator to maintain their freshness and taste.
• Consume your chocolates before the specified expiry date for the best experience.

• Delivery Timing: The chosen delivery time is an estimate, subject to variations based on your location and specific gift selection. We try to deliver the gifts on time but due to traffic, weather conditions, and other reasons out of our control, your order could be delayed.

• One-Delivery Attempt: For products which are perishable; one delivery attempt is made, and redirection is not possible
• No Redirection to Different Address: We will attempt delivery of your order only once, and it cannot be redirected to a different address. There will be a standard charge for re-delivery.
