Changed your mind and wish to make some changes to your order? Do not worry! Before 24 hours of the time of delivery, you can change the details of your order by clicking on the ‘Customer Support’ tab on the right side of our home page. Our new feature ‘Change your order’ in the customer service tab will help you easily modify your order details. If you’re unable to update your order, please write to support@bloomsflora.com. Please note, this feature isn’t available for same day delivery orders.

Your secret is safe with us! If you choose to send your gift anonymously, we will make sure your name does not appear on any document accompanying your gift. If the recipient calls BloomsFlora to ask who the gift is from, we will not reveal your identity, unless you instruct us otherwise. Please note, that if the recipient doesn’t want to accept the gift, then it will be returned to us and no refunds will be made.
