• Delivery Method: All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure freshness and quality. We do not use couriers for perishable items.

• One Delivery Attempt: As flowers are perishable, only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If re-delivery is required, additional charges will apply.

• Blooming Stage: Flowers may arrive fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or in buds depending on availability and freshness.
