• Clean Vase: Thoroughly clean the vase, as bacteria can promote wilting of the flowers.
• Lukewarm Water: Fill the vase with lukewarm water, covering just over half its length.
• Cut Stems at an Angle: Cut 2-3 cms from the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing the flowers in the vase. This allows for better water absorption.
• Choose a Cool Spot: Keep the flowers in a cool place, as the lukewarm water aids stem hydration, and cool air helps maintain freshness.
• Regular Water Change: Change the water every other day to extend the flowers' lifespan.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight and Ethylene: Protect the flowers from direct sunlight, wind, and ethylene-producing fruits like apples, as this gas accelerates wilting.

• Substitutions: Depending on availability or regional restrictions, flower substitutions may be necessary.
• One-Delivery Attempt: All products are perishable; one delivery attempt is made, and redirection is not possible
• No Redirection to Different Address: We will attempt delivery of your order only once, and it cannot be redirected to a different address. There will be a standard charge for re-delivery.
