Teddy Bear Care Guide:

• Cleaning: Gently clean the teddy bear with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid immersing it in water or using harsh cleaning products.

• Storage: Store the teddy bear in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its softness and color.

• Fluffing: Occasionally fluff the teddy bear to keep it in its original shape and appearance.

Cake Care Guide:

• Storage: Store the cake in a refrigerator immediately upon arrival to maintain its freshness.

• One Delivery Attempt: As cakes are perishable and flowers are delicate, only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure someone is present to receive the order. Additional charges will apply for re-delivery.

• No Address Changes: Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified. Verify all delivery details before placing your order.

• Substitutions: If a specific flower, teddy bear, or cake design is unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of equal or higher quality. You will be informed of any changes beforehand.
